I had hoped to be part of Round 4 at my favourite place to race but the late date change scuppered that as I was on holiday a bit further south. The change may also have affected the entry which was uncharacteristically poor considering the venue. Or is it just getting less and less popular?

Nevertheless another great bunch of lads turned up and did their thing, well done to all. Reading between the lines there didn't seem to be much passing in the Finals with each gate producing it's (likely) relative finishing position. It looks like new entrant Doug Shear came a nasty cropper in his second ride, I hope he's recovered from that. Next outing for the troupe is at East London, let's hope for a few more competitors down there after a super staging last year.
